I designed the money layer of a US fintech platform: ACH, domestic wire, SWIFT and stablecoin transfers living inside one account structure.
When the consumer bet did not work out, the team turned toward US businesses and we shipped a new MVP in three months.

Contractors plan years of construction work in this system, and every missed dependency turns into real money.
I designed the planning core: a Gantt chart, an Excel-like calendar grid and a work breakdown tree. Then I built the design system three other product teams took for themselves.

The registry was one fixed grid, and every team needed a different slice of it.
I made the panels movable: people rearrange them, group the ones they use together, and drop what they never open. Engagement doubled after release.
N26 has no branches, which makes the question interesting: what would waiting look like if this bank ever needed a room with a line in it.
I prototyped the ticket as part of the app. You pick a reason for the visit and take a slot before leaving home, then watch your position move while you travel. If the line runs faster than you do, the app holds your place or shifts you to the next window.
A banking app I build for myself
The goal is a strange one. Make issuing a virtual card feel so good that you open the app just to do it again, with nothing to spend on.
Still unfinished. It moves forward every time another banking app annoys me, so it moves fairly often.
